My items are NOT suitable for people ALERGIC to CATS. Though I do my very best to keep my cat away from my wool stash, some hair might have got in contact with it, so please be aware.I wrap all purchaed itema in a secure package. I am not responsible for any damage caused by the postal service.
Items can be returned within 8 days after the receiving date, only if not worn, undamaged, not dirty or smelling. Postage expenses need to be taken by the buyer. Money will be refunded as soon as the item is delivered in mint conditions.

Items lost in the mail will be replaced only if another one is available in my stash. I am sorry, but I make unique pieces and most of the times it's pretty hard to find the exact same yarn or colours.
Postage and payment policy
Payment need to be received within 7 days from purchase.You can pay through Paypal, Creditcard or Bank Transfer (Europe only). Payments via Paypal are accepted in EURO currency only.
You don't need to have a paypal account to use paypal to check out. You can use your credit/debit card to make your paypal payment.
I will happily combine shipping if you'd like to purchase more than one item. My items are not very heavy, so usually you could combine a couple of items for the same shipping rate. Some items are heavier though, so if you want to make sure you won't have to pay more, please contact me before buying!
All items are shipped by Priority mail in a bubble mailer. I ship within 3 business days.
International customers: You are responsible for any fees your country might charge at customs. If you have any concerns about paying customs fees, please find out what value can be imported to your country without having to pay fees BEFORE placing your order.
Unfortunately I can't mark your package as a gift, or a lower value, as this is illegal.
